Spaghetti with prawns

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 400 gr of spaghetti
  • 200 gr of prawns
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • chopped parsley
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • salt
  • pepper


In a skillet, sauté the garlic with 2 tablespoons of oil, add the whole prawns and, after 3 minutes, add the wine and let evaporate. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into small cubes and pour into the pan, sprinkle with plenty of parsley, cover the pan and let cook over a moderate heat for a few minutes, until the mixture forms a coloured sauce.

Drain the spaghetti cooked al dente and toss in a pan with a little bit of the pasta cooking water, then serve and garnish with some parsley.
