Alessandro Enriquez opens the evening with his "A Walk in Style through Via Spadari", a show of his new collection "10x10 An Italian Theory".
Pescheria Spadari fishmongers and OTTIMOMASSIMO will host the star chefs of ALMA - International School of Italian Cuisine of Gualtiero Marchesi.
On the occasion of Fashion at 5Vie, ALMA has selected some recipes that best express the excellence of Italian taste, paying tribute to this historic street of Milan that for nearly a century every day celebrates the good food and good taste!
Especially for the award-winning Pescheria Spadari, ALMA will create "ravioli with steamed potatoes, prawns and almonds", whereas OTTIMOMASSIMO will receive some special finger food: "round steak of veal cooked at low temperature with porcini mushrooms, on a savoury sponge with herbs and a parmesan pudding flavored with hay" and "brik pastry cannoli stuffed with spiced potatoes, dill and black truffle".
At Ladurée, Noberasco 1908, OTTIMOMASSIMO and Pescheria Spadari expert beer sommeliers will introduce a new 'treasure' of Angelo Poretti Brewery - Poretti 10 Hops, a beer from 10 hops selected by the brewers on the different continents of the world, to give it a touch of exotic magic and inspiringly eclectic flavours. To complement the flavours, Noberasco 1908 will host a Macadamia Pecan Nut Party - to combine the roundness and flavours of Macadamia nuts and roasted and salted Pecans with the gentle bubbles of Birra Poretti 10 Hops.
Across the street, at Ladurée, you can taste 10 Hops Champagne Beer by Angelo Poretti with the famous macaroons from Pasticceria Francese.
