In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parsley, cheese, crushed garlic, pepper, a pinch of salt, 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a dash of fish stock (enough for a creamy consistency, neither too dry nor too liquid).
Mix the ingredients well. Put all the scallops in an oven pan, cover with the mixture you've prepared and sprinkle with oil.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C and cook your scallops for at least 10-15 minutes until the filling has acquired a beautiful golden colour.
Remove from the oven and serve your scallops au gratin warm.
