Lobster with salad

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 4 lobsters of 250 gr
  • 50 g of corn salad
  • 50 gr of chicory
  • 50 grams of white beans,
  • extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper


Steam-cook the lobsters for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, clean the salad and dress with olive oil and lemon; divide

on four plates and add the cooked beans.

Shell the lobsters, season them in a pan with oil, salt, pepper and lemon.

Cut into medallions and place them on the plates.
